Bay Ridge's 3rd Avenue Festival is TODAY!

If you're up for a short walk or bus ride or subway ride, check out the 35th Annual 3rd Avenue Festival in Bay Ridge. It spans from 69th Street to 94th Street, and it features the typical attractions...plus a chicken wing eating contest. It might be worth it just to see what Leske's has for sale. Do they allow 5th Avenue businesses to participate in the 3rd Avenue festival?? Apparently, belly dancers will also be performing.

They usually do go on...so I'm sure it will be damp but active.

What time does the feast end?

Around 6 PM, I'd guess. Although with the weather, perhaps people will wrap up earlier.
